Clean rooms, comfy beds, fantastic staff, great value for cost
Very confusing and arduous trip from the parking to the location of our room, the 6B area is hidden behind a section and the walkway could have been marked better to more efficient long walks to an from the car.
One of the better moderate value Disney resorts
There tends to be somewhat fewer families and children at this resort, given its focus on being a convention facility/resort.
Some of the rooms, especially those in the Cabana buildings are in need of renovations.
Great location for exploring Disney theme parks. Beautiful lake & setting. Delicious breakfast buffet, including Mickey Mouse waffles. Clean, comfortable room.
Check-in took a long long time. After visiting the parks all day, that was the hardest part and the least enjoyable moment of the stay.
I did not like anything.
Rooms were very small and dingy. Bathrooms were very dirty. Grounds were not kept up. Restaurants were dingy and overpriced. Poor value for the money.
