Pros: Very comfortable bed. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Good location.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: The room was quite small, with a big bed that took up most of the room The kitchen was very small and hard to make a meal in it The WiFi didn't reach the room properly although was strong in the dining and living room When paying we were offered the option to pay with cash or card, I opted for card. But they are not signed up to pay without IVA if using card (unlike every other hotel in Chile). This meant I was charged IVA. When I asked for them to cancel the transaction so I could pay in cash, they firstly claimed it wasn't possible using the card machine (this was obvious nonsense and I found the bank's instruction video of how to process a refund, for them). The lady on reception said she was not authorised, so put me on the phone to speak to her colleague who basically told me again it wasn't possible. When I told him it was and that I had shown the video to his colleague, he asked why should he trust a random tourist that found a video on the Internet who doesn't know the rules of the country. I insisted I did know the rules, hence this discussion and that it was from the bank's official website, getting his colleague to confirm it. Despite this, he continued to say this until I had proved him wrong multiple times. Then he switched to saying it was my fault and that he would have to call up the bank (again a load of rubbish) and that he didn't want to because he had better things to do. I continued to press my case until he said he would make an exception because I was being insistent... To me this is terrible customer service. It could have all been avoided if we were informed of the IVA issue at the start. Secondly processing refunds on a card machine takes seconds. Thirdly the guy was just plain rude for absolutely no reason. This is unfortunate as the rest of the staff are lovely

Pros: Really homely, clean and comfortable little place. Breakfast was great, the staff were so friendly, great location near the terminal, supermarket and the plaza. Kitchen was really well equipped, a little small but other travellers were very considerate. Great dining area, hot showers and even a heater in the room until 11pm which was a lovely touch. Have booked to stay again after our trip to the Elqui Valley.

Pros: The staff was really kind. The atmosphere was very nice. Good breakfast and very clean dorms.

Pros: Great location. Great staff. Quiet room in hostel where I stayed which was nice.

Cons: The bathroom needs a refresh and no towels.

Pros: Amazing location right near the beach with a very comfortable bed. The staff was amazingly helpful for everything.

Cons: Sheet in bed was not clean. No hot water in kitchen. Wall of the room very dirty, needs paint. Some power sockets in the room were also broken

Pros: Great location , great friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean sheets.

Cons: The shared bathroom has a terrible smell to it. There seemed to be a water pump going all night too. The bedroom walls neeed a bit of a paint as there were marks all over the walls.

Pros: The team that makes up the owner Abelardo and those who work in this Hostel, make the experience of traveling either for business or leisure, an enriching experience. If you are not prepared with an itinerary of visits to tourist places in the city and the area ... do not worry, Abelardo Cruchaga with the work team, will indicate, suggest and be a real contribution to the development of a plan visits to places of interest and local attraction.

Cons: I could not get wifi in my room

Pros: the mattress, the wifi, the floor, the location

Cons: When we arrived the stuff showed us the room and immediately started talking about the payment. They didn't let us use the kitchen until we proved in booking that it was written that we were allowed to use the fully kitchen. The sink in our room splashed in all directions and wet us. The laundry is too expensive and they didn't even fold our clothes and they turned all of them upside down. After that we noticed that something was missing. We also found out that something from our staff was missing after they cleaned our room. We didn't have hot water all the time. The lock in the room and the handles were very uncomfortable. The toilet paper is very stiff. The stuff treated us with no respect.

Pros: Easy check in, clean room, great kitchen well equipped. Cleaner daily. Great location. Warm showers. Minutes walk from the town centre, a little further to the beach.

Cons: A little on the costly side, room was a tad small.
