The breakfast was fabulous... more like a dinner than breakfast..
Spa water was too hot..
Terrible stay rude staff room not great paid too much
Too expensive not a nice room
It was a very classy hotel. Very comfortable and my room even had a view which I actually wasn’t expecting! The bathroom with bath was very clean and nice and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and I really enjoyed trying all the Japanese options. The onsen was a tranquil highlight of my stay. I went early in the morning when it was very quiet. The other highlight was being able to go to the Maiko show at the hotel.it was very entertaining and also informative . Very easy to walk to a lot of places of interest ,restaurants and shops.
The location and the vibe. Beautiful, peaceful interior. Excellent service.
The bed was the comfiest we stayed in for the whole two weeks trip of Japan! Very stylish hotel, nice bar and very attentive staff. The hotel onsen was beautiful and a very relaxing space after a long day walking and sightseeing.
Room was quite small.
