Location and good amenities. Staff were very polite.
A bit outdated. Air conditioning seemed like it had mould in it. Walls were a bit dirty and peeling. This is in comparison to other APAs I have previously stayed at.

Extremely nice location. Walking distance to trains, food, convenience stores, etc. Taxis drove by regularly. Great price. Solid WiFi. Clean facilities. Starbucks on main level. Beer vending machines on every floor.
Housekeeping sign said they would change towels and sheets every two days. I was there for 7 nights and I don't think they were changed once.
