I really enjoyed staying at Sunroute hotel as it was very clean and super comfortable. The thing liked the most are the beds, they are really thick and comfortable and especially after a long day of sightseeing it was wonderful to go back to a hotel with such beds.

The room was very small. But hotel rooms in Japan are small, and the bed was very comfortable. Additional comment: There's a hotel with almost the same name in Kobe ('Hotel Sunroute Sopra Kobe' vs. 'Hotel Sunroute Sopra Kobe Annesso', I was in Annesso), please check the address when going there.

Their customer service. All staffs were kind and friendly. But they were not able to communicate in English. If you don’t speak Japanese, it is hard to enjoy the facility.
There were not that many things that I didn’t like. If I have to say something negative, The size of the room was too small to stay more than alone. The smallest hotel I’ve ever stayed. It must be smaller than what you expect.

Room was a tight fit because it was a triple, but we still had plenty of room for our luggage. Location is near Kobe's key attractions (20 minute walk), and it is right next door to a shopping arcade, so there are plenty of nearby food options.
Bathroom was a bit small (it was a tight fit for my 6 foot friend), but the water pressure & heat worked well.
