Pros (+) Clean, clean, clean. The carpeting was spotless, the bathroom was modest but sparkling clean, the air conditioning unit didn't have any funky smell. It was also super quiet considering it is located next to the interstate.
Cons (-) It is far from downtown. The lobby could use some updating.

Pros (+) Location was convenient, pet friendly, and reasonably clean. The staff was helpful, and the complimentary breakfast adequate. One of our sons and he wife live in N.C., we in Indiana, and the G'ma was in visiting us from Maine, so it was a great place to get together for a visit over the holiday week. Rooms big enoughto spend time in after bringing in the chairs from the other room.
Cons (-) The mattress was terrible, sorry Red Roof, and did have to find the nearest McD's for a more acceptable cup of coffee to go with that breakfast. Might want to put more powerful vent in the bathroom.
