Nice staff vending was close to our room.
Room was messy receipt paper on the floor dust and dirt in the bathroom, burn holes everywhere.

Good location. Close proximity to the things we wanted to do while in the Knoxville area.
I chose this hotel because of 3 reasons. 1) good value, 2) complimentary breakfast, 3) pool. No breakfast was offered and the pool was closed. I realize that this is covid-19 related, but nowhere were these facts mentioned. Not on the hotel’s web site; not on booking.com. This is important information that should have been disclosed! Bathroom shower was disgusting too!
