Pros: Excellent friendly and helpful hosts. Very comfortable bed. Very Good breakfast.
Cons: Slightly disappointed that the bathroom wasn't en-suite. It was right next door and only 1 step away from the bedroom, but nevertheless it was a bit of a pain opening/closing doors, stepping into the hallway hoping nobody else was coming or going to or from their room.

Pros: The accommodation was perfect and in a great location. Although near the road, it was very quiet during sleep hours. Beds and the rooms in general are very comfortable and very clean. Pros: Annette and Gill are super-hospitable hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. From advice on where to visit/eat (or you can bring in your own food to eat in the dining room) to providing additional Redbush tea and fresh milk. This was our second stay with them and we particularly appreciated having the room with a bath. It was soooo good to relax in the bath after a day out bird watching at Snettisham and Titchwell. And the birds didn't disappoint either!

Pros: Lovely comfortable room. Very friendly staff and a lovely spa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and dinner exceptional
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and regularly serviced. The location was good and very handy for exploring the Brecklands, Sandringham and the Norfolk coast.
Cons: The restaurant food although well put together and presented was over seasoned. Delicate shellfish such as scallops were so salty that they were not recognisable for what they were and fish generally was spoiled. Even the fiet steak one evening was served with a more than generous sprinkling of rock salt in addition to cooking seasoning. We considered having no tea making facilities in the room a handicap.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of staff, beautiful surroundings and fabulous food

Pros: The owners were fantastic...the inn was old fashioned and cosy , and we've never felt so spoilt when we've been away before...everything you could ever want in your room which was spacious and spotless. Loads of little snacks including a variety of cup a soups, then we had a delicious meal in the patron's living room , after which Rose gave us home made cake to eat in our room. After a wonderful breakfast, we were given a bag full of food including home made cake for our journey home. Rose and Duncan are like your favourite auntie and uncle....fabulous.

Pros: The rooms were extremely clean and tidy and the hosts were lovely and kind. They prepared a pot of tea with homemade cakes when we arrived with even more waiting in our room. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The couple who run the B&B, couldn't have looked after us any better, the meals were all home cooked and delicious, and the breakfast well let's say you wouldn't need to eat the rest of the day. Rooms were well stocked with tea, coffee etc and all the toiletries you could want. We were very impressed as you can tell.
Cons: There was nothing too dislike.

Pros: The guest house was in a good location to explore Norfolk. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a large variety of drinks . Forgotten your toothbrush brush, don’t worry there was one there along with a variety of shampoos, hand washed etc. The breakfasts were excellent. What made this place stand out was the hospitality. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge along with two slices of delicious cake. Mine hosts were very welcoming and nothing seemed to be too much bother. We would highly recommend the Old Bell.,

6.0 Good
Pros: Dinner was very nice.
Cons: A small standard room for £140 which didn't include breakfast which we thought was expensive and poor for the month of December. We have since established that had we booked with Briafields direct breakfast was included at the same rate
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff are incredibly friendly and the whole place has a wonderful atmosphere. The food is great and the rooms are very comfortable.
Cons: The only thing I would've preferred was for breakfast to be included in the price.

Cons: The dogs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved the hotel and restaurant, the food was exceptional. We stayed in room 25 which was beautiful
Cons: We stayed in room 25 which was beautiful. but unfortunately the bed was awful. My partner and I got very little sleep as the bed was so hard, we actually checked to see if there was a mattress on the bed, it was like sleeping on a floor. I’ve since got a sore shoulder and my partner has a painful neck as a result. Such a shame as everything else was top notch
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, fantastic evening meal, good selection of gins and very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Nothing, we will definitely stay there again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the RSPB Reserve we were visiting. Room was comfortable and warm - when you adjusted the heating controls. Liked parking immediately behind our room - saved carrying suitcases, etc any distance. And the food was good - plenty of choice and nicely presented.
Cons: Room was chilly when we arrived but as soon as we turned up the radiator if was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning Hotel, in lovely scenic location. Extremely clean and well kept, exceptionally friendly staff who were attentive and good with the dogs. A wonderful experience, excellent choice of food iin the restaurant and we would highly recommend to everyone. We will most definitely be going bac again in the future. Too good to not revisit. Keep up the good work, you lovely staff, and exceptional hotel. Perfect. Not one thing we didnt like. All superb, from arrival to departure. x
Cons: It was perfect, couldnt have been any better in any way.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All food was excellent, room well appointed, comfortable and warm. Staff friendly and helpful but not "in your face" - discreet but there when required.
Cons: Shower design was odd: ceiling mounted fixed shower head, and a hose alternative but could only add the hose, not change to it exclusively: also soap/sponge basket should have been mounted away from shower head (i.e. reach away from it to get stuff), not beyond it (i.e. have to reach through water to get soap etc).

Pros: Great location with professional and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were well equipped with attention to detail making our stay very relaxing and easy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and amazing staff, everyone was very happy to help. The food was excellent, we had dinner on the Friday night, lunch on the Saturday and breakfast both days, lots of choices and that was even the case for my wife who is gluten- free and often struggles but not in this case. The venue has a lovely feeling, like it the hub of the community and you feel very much part of that during your stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, best Full English I have had for a while.
Cons: The first room we were given was tiny, but the staff went out of their way to find us another room that was perfect !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in a pretty village. Had a great New Year's Eve. Food was very good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pub has an ideal location in a quintessential English Norfolk village. Serves a very good breakfast and has a good selection of alcoholic beverages (I'm a beer man so the real ale on sale was great). The property is clean and the bed linen and bedding were extremely comfortable.
Cons: I was in one of the bedrooms within the main building of the pub that faced out onto the village green. This was ideal until night time when, due to the curtains of the bedroom being fitted so that they did not wholly black out outside light, the room was illuminated by the pub's Christmas lights. A small matter for me but could be significant to a light sleeper. Also the internal staircase may not be best suited to anyone with walking difficulties as is steep and winds.
6.0 Good
Cons: Rooms too small, and you could hear noises from downstairs resturants

Pros: Friendly and attentive staff
Cons: The weather!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice people and nice clean, modern room. Friendly place and delicious breakfast...
Cons: just wish the emergency light in the room didn't have a green led shining all night! Wish booking.com would not confirm a price for 2 adults and a child and then the place we are staying has an add-on cost. This happens over and over again with booking.com and is a failing with their systems, not the places we stay.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very big and very comfortable. The room was also much bigger than I thought it was going to be. It was better than it looked on the internet. The bathroom fittings were modern and refreshed. The hot water was plentiful and hot and of a good pressure for the shower! Helpful staff. Overnight stay for work Christmas dinner. Good food and very good hosts. Very good breakfast served and I was allowed my preferred choice of Poached eggs without quibble with the full English as opposed to the menu which said fried. So overall. Well done to the Stuart Hotel.
Cons: Downstairs Cloakroom could do with some modernising maybe. Not really much I disliked to be honest. Being very picky... The breakfast sausage tasted a bit strange. Not awful but a nice Lincolnshire or Cumberland would have topped it off a treat.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good clean accomodation close to town and railway station and with easy access to Sandringham. We had an evening meal on our first evening which was served by a very pleasant waitress, the meal was of a good standard and reasonably priced. A good choice at breakfast again served by helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff or the owner. I can recommend the hotel to anyone planning a stay in Kings Lynn.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff were very accommodating and pleasant
7.0 Good
Pros: Good value, good central location, easy parking, characterful building, quiet location ie no traffic noise, good evening meal menu so didn't have to go out to find a restaurant.
Cons: Could do with a A4 street map available for free on reception and a few bits of tourist information eg bus timetable, taxis , petrol stations, pharmacy etc.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice property more like a home than a hotel. There is a comfortable snug bar where good quality varied restaurant style food is served. I thought the staff were lovely, considerate and helpful. I don’t usually give high score reviews but this is one hotel that really is excellent value for money.
Cons: I was happy with everything

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, bed comfy, very spacious shower room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.
Cons: The only fault we could say was the bathroom needed a general good/deep clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old English pub nicely refurbished
Cons: Not much at all really, if you’re in the rooms over looking the car park then it can be a bit noisy at commute times, but it doesn’t last long and a building this old probably wouldn’t get double glazing approved.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location for the village. Very nicely refurbished but still full of great character.
Cons: Nothing not to like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are lovely, very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The public areas are very cosy but not cramped and the food was excellent!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, staff very pleasant and helpful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Food is Excellant staffl lovely especially gabby so kind
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have been customers of the Crown as an old world pub for many years, my partner having lived in West Acre and Gayton all her life. The Crown has been taken over by new Landlord and Landlady and it is superb. The decor is terrific, the rooms cosy, clean and beautifully decorated. The food served in the restaurant is exceptional and the bar and rooms ideal. Great place and we hope the new owners are rewarded for such a brilliant improved set up. We shall return.
Cons: Warm water takes a little while to come through in the end room but it is a little distance to the end of the upstairs corridor. Not a problem, as it should be expected.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The cleanliness of the room and shared facilities was excellent.
7.3 Good
Pros: The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and warm. There was plenty of hot water.
7.3 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. I was working nearby, and was an excellent location for Kings lynn and Norfolk countryside. The food in the bar was very reasonably priced and I would certainly recommend the carvery (Tues-Fri). There was no 3 network in the Crown (but this was a problem in all of Gayton) so the free Wi-Fi was most appreciated. I would recommend The Crown.
Cons: There was an obvious plumbing problem (probably down to the age of the building) which meant the shower, sink and toilet made some loud noises, however this wasn't a real problem.
6.8 Good
Pros: Quiet, friendly, charming.
Cons: None
8.0 Excellent

6.0 Good
Pros: A very welcoming and friendly staff and the food was excellent.
Cons: The Bathroom was accross the Landing from our Bedroom and although you could lock the door from the inside - other guests could just walk in and therefore you could not leave any of your toiletries there. No telephone or television in the room.
6.8 Good
Pros: This, due to the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the beautiful location and good facilities, is one of the best places we have ever stayed.
Cons: Due to an oversight, for which we received apologies the next morning, we had to go and find our own towels.

Pros: Firstly we had a very warm welcome to the hotel before being shown to our hotel room which was clean, modern and had the most comfy bed! Had everything you needed from all your shower amenities to fresh milk for morning coffee. Breakfast was lovely out in the conservatory however we went down later to breakfast so did have to ask for some bits missing from the help yourself spread.
Cons: Everything was superb however we had friends staying in Brancaster which we thought we could walk to from this hotel however is a dark, unpaved route so one of us just drove. No real issue though as due to us booking last minute! Fab stay overall!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The fires were welcoming, staff and food was amazing..
Cons: Was very disappointed with our room, l booked our stay for a birthday treat for my husband, found the room quite run down
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy, welcoming and great attention to detail.
Cons: Tiny thing but very limited cocktails available due to waiting for bar to be restocked before Christmas, but not really a problem as the barman was very helpful

6.0 Good
Pros: Nice hotel, probably needs a bit of an update but our room was lovely - 4 poster and view over golf course. Food was average, staff really friendly and helpful. Overall good and very close to some nice beaches.
Cons: Only issue we had was we wanted a quiet relaxing break but the older couples there for golf had other ideas - shouting and banging their doors when going in and out of their rooms.
6.0 Good
Cons: Heating in the annexes was not controlled and couldn't turn it down

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was perfect and in a great location. Although near the road, it was very quiet during sleep hours. Beds and the rooms in general are very comfortable and very clean. Excellent parking round the back and was very secure. Both owners very helpful and very nice people. Would certainly stay again without a doubt.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Annette and Gill are super-hospitable hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. From advice on where to visit/eat (or you can bring in your own food to eat in the dining room) to providing additional Redbush tea and fresh milk. This was our second stay with them and we particularly appreciated having the room with a bath. It was soooo good to relax in the bath after a day out bird watching at Snettisham and Titchwell. And the birds didn't disappoint either!
Cons: I really can't think of anything!

Pros: Good value, good central location, easy parking, characterful building, quiet location ie no traffic noise, good evening meal menu so didn't have to go out to find a restaurant.
Cons: Could do with a A4 street map available for free on reception and a few bits of tourist information eg bus timetable, taxis , petrol stations, pharmacy etc.
