Perfect location in centre of town. Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Only one thing - the lift was not working on the first day.
Great variety for breakfast staff lovely and cleaners very helpful
The room was very small the bed was very small would suit a solo traveler.also the bath was tiny. My partner is over 6ft he could not stretch his legs in the bath. Also there was a problem with the smoke alarm! I was asked did I smoke in the room.
Location couldn't be better. Great pub great restaurant, staff were amazing
Very bright lights on the parade next door and no black out curtains so it was quite bright in the room all night.
Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Bar was fantastic. Location was exactly what you would want to walk around and get to great restaurants and sites and shopping. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Elevator available. Car park close and convenient.
Single beds mean single. These were the smallest single beds we encountered in the entire 21 days in Ireland. Bed linens were not attended to as needed until I stripped the bed. Other than this the cleaning was appropriate.
Great location, great bar and good breakfast in the morning
The bathrooms weren’t good. The first room they offered us the bathroom was very dated and lots of black grout in the shower. Asked to move which they did do for us but not to anything nicer. The next bathroom had tiles coming away from the wall, black grout again, one small bottle of shower gel. Very disappointed considering the price paid.
