Pros (+) Location was perfect to marina where my son’s wedding was held.
Cons (-) Hotel was expensive and they still charge $35 a day for parking. The breakfast was expensive and not very good.

Pros (+) The hotel was amazing, very clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location, wonderful landscaping, clean salt pools. We really enjoyed our stay. This was the best place we have stayed in key west so far...
Cons (-) My only suggestion is to watch for those extra fees (resort fee, parking fee, room amenities...). It was a bit much on top of the already expensive cost per night.
