Pros (+) The Marker is a new build hotel in historic downtown Key West. It has a clean, modern feel with colors of white and blue. Landscaping everywhere makes you feel removed from the downtown craziness. My room was quiet, cool (too cool, I had to adjust the thermostat), and comfortable. Pros (+) The location is very convenient to the waterfront and west end of Duval. Nice pools with a fully stocked bar and restaurant next to the pools.
Cons (-) Price wise a far bit on the high side, but its KW.
Pros (+) The hotel was amazing, very clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location, wonderful landscaping, clean salt pools. We really enjoyed our stay. This was the best place we have stayed in key west so far. We will return.
Cons (-) My only suggestion is to watch for those extra fees (resort fee, parking fee, room amenities...). It was a bit much on top of the already expensive cost per night.
