For me, it was also handy to have a city (vs airport) location.Cons:
I didn't appreciate that winter tires are considered an upsell. It wasn't relevant for my trip but soon when there is snow, winter tires are practically mandatory for out-of-town driving.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
Our flight was delayed and we were going to arrive after the rental office had closed so I called ahead and two representatives stayed late to make sure we got our rental. Very friendly, uncomplicated staff.Cons:
Poor selection of vehicles. Ended up with a 4 cylinder Patriot which was screaming most of the time due to the lack of power. Therefore used around 15 liters per 100km. Rather drive a V8 and at least be able to drive relaxed...Enterprise

Following drop off, someone from Budget called to say they had found a nik in the window and tried to hold me responsible. At no point did I hear anything while driving. Moreover, they should have checked the car upon return and brought it to my attention then.10.0 Wonderful

Like other reviewers have reported, I had a quote emailed to me and when I arrived to pickup the vehicle it was $150 more!! I asked about price matching, or honouring the quote and he was extremely unhelpful and would not even look at my email I had received.10.0 Wonderful
