For me, it was also handy to have a city (vs airport) location.Cons:
I didn't appreciate that winter tires are considered an upsell. It wasn't relevant for my trip but soon when there is snow, winter tires are practically mandatory for out-of-town driving.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The walk to & from the terminal. Also no one to show me different features such as turning off & on wipers, how to work the sun roof, didn't know there was a lever in the car to release the fuel door. Twice the vehicle I wanted wasn't there.Avis

The older gentlemen that work the shuttles were very kind and friendly. That is where the positive experience ends.Cons:
Like other reviewers have reported, I had a quote emailed to me and when I arrived to pickup the vehicle it was $150 more!! I asked about price matching, or honouring the quote and he was extremely unhelpful and would not even look at my email I had received.10.0 Wonderful
