Staff was great, price was very reasonable and drop off was easy.

The interior windows were dirty and had a hard time seeing the road because of it.

I was booked for a certain price and the. At the airport they jumped the price to almost double and would not honour the price which I booked even after showing them the email confirmation. Very unethical

Very quick pickup and drop off. Could have used more instructions on what to do with the keys upon return. Other rental companies had boothes at drop off location. Hertz only has the in airport booth.

They did not answer the phone and did not provide any explanation that my credit card had been checked. They never asked me to verify my credit. Additionally, the rental fee was charged twice. I called them, but they did not answer.
