The process was great. As law indicates that children are required to be in a car seat i feel that this should be included in any rental at no charge.

The excellent customer service of pick up and drop off. Even though Driving Force was not located at the airport, and needing to take a 20min. taxi ride to the pick up/drop off area, the price point is still attractive and affordable. Thank you to the Driving Force team and best wishes!

Very affordable, but far from airport though

A decent car (Honda Civic) in excellent clean condition. Good value for money. Friendly staff called a couple of times prior to pickup date to ensure all was completed and correct. Rental went smoothly.

Car was great the service was perfect

My reservation was for a VW Jetta or similar, the car I received was a Chevy Spark. It would have been around a hundred dollars for a 2day upgrade. I am a tall man, I was not impressed to say the least.

The pickup counter was closed during regular hours. I sent my associates twice over 2 days and nobody was there. It made for a bad experience for the employee I sent. We rented a separate car and cancelled this booking.

The car should have had winter tires as we arrived in Kelowna when it was very snowy and slippery on the roads. We were told we did not need winter tires yet we would be responsible for anything that happened on the road even if as a result of the weather conditions. We definitely should have had winter tires.

$4,000 for one month was ridiculous

Easy at airport - staff was clear, quick and responsive. Car was clean and ready to go. Only 5 minutes until we got into car - fastest ever!

Try getting insurance to a reasonable rate so people will buy it Just insured my 2021 Murano Platinum for $800 for 7 months and you charge for that Econ car $3600/month.

I had no problems with the rental and return. I thought the price was reasonable. I would rent from them again.

Bad bait and switch. The comparable offered to the car booked were significantly inferior.

Quick and easy pickup and drop off. Clean, new vehicle, size as requested.

Pickup was a breeze. Signage was difficult to follow when returning but we got it figured out eventually. Car had a terrible shake at Hwy speed. Hope they get it fixed. We notified them when we noticed and they felt it may be snow in the wheels. It was 10 deg C.

Didn’t stay open for my plane even though it wasn’t delayed. Staff were curt the next the day.

Initial rental staff were rude, not very helpful. Had to go to parking lot to find the car that was covered in snow. No snow tires, had to pay big dollars extra to have them.

I ordered a compact and was offered a large van. I was traveling by myself. A compact would have been fine. With gas prices over $2 a litre I was not happy with a large van.

Quick rental process and the quickest return I’ve ever experienced. Extremely happy with the rentals process.

The car rental had a maintenance please see a dealer. The whole time I drove the car. I phoned budget and told them, they told me it only has 8 thousand and something Kms, so it will be fine, and I didn’t like there answer.

I cannot think of anything that could be better. The company was true to it’s word. As a seldom user of car rentals I am always suspicious of their business ethics, (ie charging for damage to the car that I am not responsible for). I have experienced this in the past with two separate car rental companies. Bravo Hertz, easy pick up/drop off, reasonable rate and friendly staff.

At time of booking it was not clear that I was not getting insurance directly with Hertz. At pick up, they tried to upsell me on the insurance again, even tough I had paid for it. They had no records of the insurance being paid. Also, not impressed that there is a surcharge on winter tires in WINTER in CANADA. Winter tires are required to drive over mountain passes, so in my opinion it seems like a money grab that is not disclosed up front. Doing the minimum legal requirement just looks bad in my opinion.

We had a great clean car and had full value for the price

I seriously can’t believe that Hertz charges on top of the rental price a $13 per day charge for the driver. Like what? The car was provided parked in a snow bank with 6 inches of frozen snow and rain on top of it and came with a broken scraper and poor tires. (Well worn). Customer service upon return of the car had nothing to say about the poor service. Apparently that is their standard! Will never rent from Hertz again and will be happy to tell everyone I o ow to go elsewhere!

The staff at Hertz Kelowna were very friendly, the car looked freshly washed and was clean inside. Top for other: Hertz is the only car rental at the Kelowna airport that doesn’t have a booth in the parking lot so you have to leave time to bring the keys back to the counter inside the airport.

I liked the Volvo v60 though it was dirty inside, told that it was an SUV and wasn’t able to drop it off in Calgary

Customer service was terrible. My flight arrived a bit early and they would not let me have the car before my reservation time, even though the car was right there waiting for me. Will not rent from Hertz again.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Computer problems when I arrived and I felt they didn't care about my plans. I did get an apology however as I was going finally. The car had no winter tires which is compulsory in BC after October 1st. I traveled through mountains so was lucky there was no snow or ice when I was driving.

Nobody was there on Monday as promised. Still got shuttle ride to airport by hotel shuttle.

The logistics of the pick up turned out to be perfect, but we’re not well explained in the reservation materials, so I had to do a little detective work. Also the local brand name of Aligo should have been included in the reservation, as the Ace name isn’t well known in Kelowna.
