Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore downtown and walk to many attractions. The rooms were frequently described as spacious, comfortable, and clean, with several guests highlighting the amenities and views. While the service received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions and some complaints about slow bar or check-in service, the parking situation was a common source of frustration due to extra costs or difficulty finding a spot. Overall, guests enjoyed the convenience, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel, though some aspects like parking and service could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Cleanliness and beautiful design
Cons (-) Skywalk could be warmer
Pros (+) Right downtown close to everything.
Pros (+) The reception staff were quite helpful.
Cons (-) Not an issue with not liking something - it was the fact that despite being a massive place, and not a Courtyard or other minor-version, it was totally forgettable. In a comparision with a Hilton, it would come off second best.
Pros (+) The rooms were beautiful, fitness center and pool were a good size, and the help and the front desk was friendly.
Cons (-) NOTHING is included in this $200+ room. No minifridge, no breakfast, no parking, there's even a bottle of water in the room that you will get charged for if you drink.
