The manager made us feel special. Close to everything downtown. Valet parking was awesome. Keep in mind it is a old hotel, but has lots of character.

When our room was finally available, they just thrust the keys at us and didn't direct us to our room or let us know when check out time was. Cons (-) When I arrived and checked in/got the keys, and when we were walking to the room, the staff called us saying that my visa didn't go through!! They tried again but it won't go through! So we had to leave the hotel, we went to a different one.

Cons (-) Never cleaned the room, lost my keys at the valet, mirror fell off of the wall, room service forgot to bring our order, literally anything that could go wrong did!!!!

Pros (+) Location and cleanliness was great. They do have a shuttle to take you places within 3 miles but it want not operating during my stay because of staffing problems. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) I did like the restaurant or their menu. It is a lost opportunity. No draft beer. It's a lovely location and with the right menus and bar snacks, this place could be hopping. It was empty on super bowl Sunday; it's a shame.
