Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and overall cleanliness. Many appreciated the friendly staff, though some had mixed experiences with service, particularly at check-in and with management regarding billing and cancellations. While the rooms were generally clean and comfortable, a few guests noted minor housekeeping issues. The lack of complimentary breakfast and occasional pool maintenance problems were common complaints. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel was considered a solid choice for its convenience and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
