The staff receives frequent praise for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, cleanliness is a major concern for many guests, with multiple reports of unclean rooms, poor maintenance, and rundown facilities. Bed comfort is mentioned positively in a few reviews, though some find the beds too soft. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service and location, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
