Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, particularly at check-in and check-out, as well as inconsistent attention from staff. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting well-maintained rooms while others mentioned unpleasant odors and lack of proper cleaning. Breakfast and food options were also a common concern, with repetitive menus and unsatisfactory preparation mentioned. Overall, while the hotel has strengths in location and some aspects of service, there are notable areas for improvement in cleanliness, food variety, and operational efficiency.
