Hue hotels

Pros: The location was absolutely central for sights and restaurants for a 2 or 3 day visit. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast

Cons: A Bit mouldy Water heater a bit confusing, never know it's on or not, I couldn't take shower the first morning

Pros: Wonderful staff and service that make this budget option a great place to base your visit to Hue. Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful with a warm, inclusive attitude. The facilities are basic and quite dated but this adds to a certain quaintness and, as long as the shower works and the bed is comfortable, it works for the location and price!

Cons: Dated facilities but quite functional.

Pros: The pool was nice. The grounds were in good shape. The proximity to the beach was good. The bathrooms were large.

Cons: The A/C units in all of the rooms leak water out of the ceiling vents onto the floor. They also clearly have a mold problem in the A/C system (our first room smelled very badly--we changed rooms and the second had the same problem.) The A/C system serves all rooms. Customer service was not good. When we asked them to put us in a room that didn't smell of mold, we were directed to talk with an outside turnaround consultant on the premises who the hotel has hired to make the hotel a profitable concern. He would not tell me his name. But he did tell me that we were mistaken, that the rooms did not smell and there was no mold problem. Full stop. No attempt to remedy an unhealthy, and frankly disgusting room experience. We promptly left (without receiving a requested refund for our unused nights) and went to another hotel. It was worth the added expense. This place is not a place anyone should be forced to stay.
