Location - that we were able to check in earlier than planned
Staff not very friendly, slight smoke smell in area outside of lift near our room.

Location right next to Bullet Trains Station
Staff do not answer request for extended time for check out. Keep to the rules and regulations even I know room are free.

The hotel was close to Austin station and within walking distance of the West Kowloon train station. The staff were helpful especially when our air conditioner wasn’t working. It was within walking distance of an Apple store and other shopping centres.
The beds were a little hard and we were too close to the train station for them to call us a taxi. We had a lot of heavy luggage to take. It would have been difficult if we were older or physically impaired.
