Hotel was new and really clean, room is generally pretty big for a HK hotel. Pool and surrounding outdoor areas were amazing, especially with the unrivalled vic harbour view. Love the free minibar feature, great for the late night munchies.
Service was pretty average, front desk was pretty rude and quite unhelpful to be honest. We arrived really late around 1AM and front desk took a long time to check us, didn’t offer to help with our bags and didn’t really want to answer any of our questions about paying to upgrade to a better room. The location is a bit meh considering the distance from the MTR and the distance from any tourist spots. Wasn’t really able to wander out at night for any food options considering the location. The carpet in the room was also dirty with big visible stains (coffee? Tea?)... probably wouldn’t be back given the price and location even though the pool was amazing.
