Good Value Hotel

The price and location is great for the hotel. It is only seconds away from the Yu Ma Tei station. There is a good money exchange kiosk next to the entrances. Western conveniences such as 7-11, Circle k and McDonald's is within a minutes walk.

The rooms, bathrooms, and elevators are cramped. Somewhat expected when staying in a budget hotel in this area. This is not ideal if you plan to bring a lot of luggage with you. The power to the room is sustained with your room key. So you can not leave the air conditioning running nor charge your devices while you're away. So expect a hot room when you return from a day out.

too small roon, no separate space for bath

The location was awesome. The fact that it was very close to the subway meant that we could actually go shopping, go back, drop the shopping, then continue and do more shopping. Also had lots of things to eat in the area.

The toilet was a glass wall (although shaded). you dont see inside but you see the shadow the whole time. So it wasn't exactly pleasant. Also, it was very tiny.
