Cons (-) Staff were rude. They checked me in early, but did not give me my room key because the room was not "ready" yet. Asked to come back after 3. OK, fair enough. Came back around 6pm (I could not make it between 3~6pm), and they made me wait in line behind a tour group of about 50 Chinese tourists to get my key. they had 2 desk staff members working.
