Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The value for money is often highlighted, especially considering Hong Kong's high prices. However, many reviews mention very small room sizes and issues with cleanliness, including dust and pests. Service is generally neutral, with some staff being friendly and helpful, while others are described as rude or indifferent. The lack of an elevator and many stairs is a common inconvenience, especially for those with luggage.
