Pros (+) The hotel was lovely-clean, beyond comfortable, great breakfast. The staff made it stand out, especially Tham who answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) As with all the hotels, you have to leave your key for the air conditioning to work. Small downside, but understandable.
