We had very wonderful experience with Avis in Tasmania especially staffs were very friendly and helpful. Dipa helped us out getting our car very simple and she also gave us some guidance on which places to visit in Tasmania. Very easy to pick up and drop off. Got deposit back within 2 days. Very affordable price. Only issue was a sticker on the rear windscreen was right in the middle of the glass blocking the best view from the rear view mirror. Not terrible but just annoying

Sixt was fantastic. The shuttle bus driver came to pick us up at Hobart Airport, despite being unable to find our booking. He spent an hour with us until the problem with Kayak had been sorted and they had assigned a vehicle for us and sent an email confirming this. He then took us to Cambridge Sixt rentals and explained to the receptionist the situation. We received a better car and completed all necessary paperwork in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We could not have asked for better service when renting and returning the car.
