Pros: The staff was very helpfull all the time. The mornign I left, I droppoed my iPhone on the taxi and when I was checking in my bag at the airline counter. I went back to the hotel to see if the taxi was there and all the staff tried to help contacting the taxi company and the driver. They were able to get hold of him and find my cell. Honestly I thought I would not have seen the phone anymore, since it was an iPhone. I really have to thank the staff. Great job and very pleasent experience. Also the hotel is close to the airport and easy to get around town.

Cons: During my 3 nights stay, the swimming pool was closed after 15:00 due to private function for 3 nights in a row. It has not been communicated to me in advance - I would have booked a different hotel. Bad smell on the 5th floor corridor, probably dirty carpets. I did not expect such experience from a 5 star hotel.

Cons: On arrival we were informed that the pool would be closed from 3pm for a private event. As this was a one night stay before a very long flight home, the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We had planned to spend the day relaxing by the pool and were unable to do this. An e-mail from the hotel to inform us of this in advance would have been nice, giving us the option to cancel if we wanted.

There are 4 star hotels that are better. They tried to charge me $50 for bring up to my room durians because they said the fruits stunk. However, nowhere throughout the entire hotel said fruits were not allowed. I did not let it slide. Did not pay for it.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was way bigger than I expected and the bathroom was so nice! It was my birthday so the staff had a cake waiting in my room for me, which I thought was so thoughtful. The breakfast options were awesome and when it was time to schedule my shuttle back to the airport, the staff was kind enough to get a larger car so that my dad and mom could come along to drop us off. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable - anytime one of us shifted slightly the whole bed moved around so it was impossible to sleep. The A/C was also barely working so the room was very hot all night. My partner has also been left with a lot of bed bug bites!! The breakfast was terrible.

Pros: It was a clean hotel, very comfortable beds and we had a good night rest before starting a 12 hour flight. We walked from and to the airport with our backpacks which was a 10 minute walk, perfectly doable. There is wifi at the airport and you can look up your route. The hotelroom had airconditioning and had seals so that you could see everything was cleaned. They have tv, a minibar, hairdryer, shampoo, comditioner and barh gel as well as sewing kit, comb and toothbrushes. The breakfast was good too.

Check in is separate for each building so I have to cross the road to check in and go to my room as I went to the 'wrong building'. I have to cross the road for breakfast. The breakfast was not as good as for a 4*. The staff at the restaurant are not friendly. Wifi in room is very weak.

Cons: I made this booking for my friend .Due to sudden change of immigration rules in Vietnamse goverment 16 passengers came with him deported. The government stopped all on arrival visas not inform to the embassies. I wrote to the hotel and booking.com no response for me as a courtesy. Requested them to move the reservation to another date, no response or refund. Not recommend this place or booking.com anymore, it seems a scam

Felt to get a VERY OVERPRICED TAXI at 4Am in the morning to the AIRPORT (Taxometer showed 20K - we had to pay 70K !!!!!!! The taxi was called by the Hotel and they made the Price!!!! AT THE END - NOTHING WORSE!!!!!
