Pros (+) The staff was incredible. The spa was booked but the front desk found one in the neighborhood. Bellhop was super attentive.
Cons (-) Mattress was too firm for my taste.

Pros (+) I loved the staff. They were so helpful and accomodated all our needs. They suggested great tours and they had a great fitness center. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay close to everything.
