Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. Many reviews highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several guests noting positive experiences with check-in and overall service. The value for price is also appreciated by budget travelers. However, there are recurring complaints about bed comfort, with mentions of hard mattresses and issues such as bed bugs. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of pests, mold, and the need for deeper cleaning in some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and affordability stand out.
