Lovely atmosphere, high quality but relaxed. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast menu was superb and standard of breakfast it’s self incredibly high
Where to start! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Huge room with very comfy bed. The wet room (which was additional to the bathroom) was great; I need to get one for my own home! The property is located in the most picturesque part of Hastings and is close to some great pubs. The garden is beautiful too. We enjoyed a drink from the property’s honesty bar (nice touch) whilst the sun set. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like but perhaps if I was to suggest one improvement it would be to have a mini fridge in each room rather than just the one in the hall.
Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, easy walk into town
We loved the ambience of the beautiful gardens and the retreat of our wonderful room. Our hosts were kind and flexible.
The Old Rectory is a very special place in a great location efficiently run by a super-friendly team - and the breakfast choice and quality is superb.
