Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating! I booked this as a first stay in Vietnam for my girlfriend and myself. Via email I set up a special package of champagne, flowers, dessert, and balloons to be set up in the room upon our arrival. They also gave us a ledger room that was available as a surprise.
