Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to major attractions like St. Joseph Cathedral and local restaurants. Many found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for the price. However, a significant drawback repeatedly mentioned is the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult, particularly for elderly guests or those with heavy bags. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests appreciating helpful staff while others reported unhelpful or even rude service. Cleanliness generally received positive feedback, though a few noted areas for improvement.
