Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating nature, with several guests mentioning specific team members by name. Breakfast was frequently described as delicious and varied. However, many guests were disappointed that the pool was not on-site as advertised, and some mentioned issues with room cleanliness and facilities.
