Good customer service and nice room for the price.
The towels were very small and dry you off very well. It took 2.
I did not like everything
That A/C and the cable
The staff and the made up up prices the longer you stay I didn't like the look or the staff nasty attitude on site and ooff
I didn't like anyting I did not like the location I didn't like to set up all the room I couldn't even close the bathroom door there was no towels in the room I had to ask for some
It's been a rock down Hood area of the city there was men standing outside my door smoking and drinking and talking loud there was no pause in my room I couldn't close the bathroom door just a very scary experience and I will never trust you all again say
Dark and dim. Cold. No extra blankets. No extra towels at the office. The waffle iron teflon is coming apart. Peaces were lifting up.
Too expensive for a crappy hotel. Smelled funny, run down. Couldn't check in when I got there because it was shift change and had to wait 15 mins. It was in a sketchy part of town. The peephole in the door was gone and replaced with a wad of toilet paper.
Lots of thoughtful touches in the room, like makeup wipes, lamps with outlets for our device chargers on the nightstands, an iron and ironing board, loveseat and properly stuffed pillows
It's very close to the freeway, so there's considerable road noise.
