Pros (+) I forgot my room key in the room, the guy at the desk was nice and helpful getting new ones made right away for me
Cons (-) The toilet sounded like a jet when it was flushed, the shower/bathtub constantly ran water and when switched to the showerhead most of the water still came out the faucet to fill the tub

Cons (-) The room was dirty, stains on the wall and the bed was worn out and the AC had tape holding on the units controls on not and when it ran it sounded like in was about to explode. Beer bottles and trash in the parking lot. Will not be staying with them again.
