Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and generally clean rooms, noting that it was close to public transport, shops, and attractions. However, many were dissatisfied with the service, citing issues with self check-in, lack of reception staff, and difficulty getting assistance. Room size was often mentioned as small or cramped, and some guests felt the value for price was only average. Despite these drawbacks, the cleanliness and location stood out as positives for many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
