I liked being able to sit on the balcony in my room. The kids loved the pool and the fish aquarium as well as their pond that also had fish in it.
They want you to pay $10 a night to park, but they didn¿t always have enough parking spaces to park. The night shift and house keeping were extremely rude. And pretended to not speak English, but wanted to argue when I complained to management.
I like the balcony, and the shower was awesome. My husband was able to watch me shower and I thought that was pretty neat.
The bathroom tissue holder was broken, I woke up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and turned on the light and saw roaches scattering, some bug some small. That was the biggest turn off.

I like the hotel because they have balconyâ€™s and their prices are reasonable. The rooms are alright beds are comfy and not old looking like some other places look.
My room did not have functional curtain blinds nor did I have working cable to watch television for the night I stayed. Also the fact that they only supply you with tiny bottles of toiletries.
Proximity to airport.
The customer service was atrocious, the rooms were beat up and poorly taken care of, and the hotel overall lacked cleanliness. It is definitely not a four-star hotel and I would not recommend anyone I know to ever stay at this property.
The view was amazing
The blankets were not that clean, they were stains on one that kind of looked like blood but otherwise everything was okay
They were very clean, and the hotel was nice and very beautiful. My stay was relaxing and comfortable and the staff was great. I will definitely return to this hotel. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness! Most importantly there were no hidden fees.
The location is not the best as far as walking to things, but I didnâ€™t mind driving because the room was worth it.
