Cons (-) Room was capacious,new, and clean. Grounds were lush, pretty, and well kept. Location was Uber convenient to airport and canal rides. All of this goodness was virtually RUINED by one sourpuss, rude front desk clerk with an attitude the size of Texas! I reported her to her manager and happy to report that my complaints were well received. Other staff - particularly was captain in the breakfast area...

Pros (+) Rooms have been updated and are much nicer now. Nice place with enjoyable pool area. Shuttle service was great and drivers were friendly. Only real bad part was the breakfast but if looking for a clean place to stay for a night with a cruise or otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.
Cons (-) Breakfast wasn’t good and lobby got a little crowded during peak times.

Pros (+) Overall it was good with not a lot of expectation. It was close to the airport with free shuttle. Room service was good.

Pros (+) Room was clean. Beds were comfy. It was nice having a restaurant there so we didn’t have go elsewhere for dinner. The grounds we well kept and pretty. We asked for extra blankets and they were delivered to our room within 15 minutes.
Cons (-) Cooler could have been better.
