Nicely renovated rooms; good location.
There was valet-only parking. Their self-park area was closed (usually about $18) because of the upcoming Ft Lauderdale Boat Show. The valet parking was $42. Ridiculous. Then, they wouldn't allow me to use my Hilton Honors number.
There was no internet the first night and I had work to do before my next day meetings. I talked to someon and said they were working on 2 hours later it was still not on. The room was not cleaned well the first day. my ice bucket was still filled with water on the desk,. I was offered a room upgrade after the first night I came from my meetings and ask for the upgrade and the lady said it was just an offer I had to take the first night it was 11 pm and I was quite tired and had to get up early to get my work done at a coffe shop. The employee was quite rude and walked away from me when I was talking to her. All in all I won't be coming here again or recomending the hotel
Allowed me an early check in day of arrival. Overall fantastic!
late delivering my room (after 5pm)
Smoke smell in hallway, safe didn't work. Waited 10 minutes for hot water. Very dingy in the 1st floor. They relocated us to the 3rd floor. No hot water, Ice Machine remained inoperable for 5 days. Most likely will not stay here again.
