Cons:
I was expecting to rent an Audi A3 manual convertible or equivalent, but when I arrived at the pickup, the only car available was a Fiat automatic convertible. I find it a leap to say these cars are equivalent. The trip was to tour though Tuscany mountainside. The little Fiat automatic was not up to the challenge and not what I was expecting.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We had to drop off the car in Florence very early in the morning. The area where car rental/dropoff is done at Florence airport was very hard to find, it was extremely dark (poorly lit) and then we couldn't figure out where the keys needed to be dropped off with no one there at that time. We finally found the key drop-off but then were really not sure if/where a bus would come to pick us up to get to the airport but eventually one came. In the rush and dark, I forgot a pair of sunglasses and some wires that go to my personal GPS in the car. I called the Florence Avis and a women has emailed to try to find my items but it's been over a week now and I'm pretty certain I will not get them back. I'm disappointed that my items haven't been found/returned, but with the drop-off experience I'm not surprised / fully expect the items were stolen or lost for good.8.0 Very Good

The line to check in was ridiculously long, the longest I have ever seen. It took 45 minutes to reach the counter. The line was as long when we returned the car. My father had a separate contract and wanted to pay cash, but couldn’t wait in such a long line. The counter outside to pick up the car was overwhelmed and we had to wait 30 minutes for one of our cars to be ready. There was no area to sit or get out of the sun.3.6 Poor

We were at the airport rental car counters for over 4 hrs. We had to make new reservations on line and wait to get the car. Liked that I can get automatic. Very confusing about fuel surcharge. Said I didn’t want it for 95 euros but it was on my receipt so I didn’t fill it up. At drop off I was told that was just shown but would have not charged so I got stuck paying that and a 36 Euro additional service charge.2.0 Poor

I booked a Mercedes Benz and was given a FIAT!!! They said it was the same category but there is no universe where those two brands are on the same levels. Total scam. My flight got in two hours late so they apparently gave my car away. I looked on the website and the car I was given was a third of the price of the car I had booked. Without a GPS returning the vehicle nearly impossible at he Florence airport. No address on the return documents. Had to follow a return bus from the airport to the car return location.Cons:
Documents are only in Italian. Not a clear understanding f what you are signing. Sixth in US has no affiliation with the company in Italy. It is a separate franchise. Hint: pic up full coverage on the rental vehiclle, or count the scratches and photography the body before leaving the lot. Make sure someone there signs off on any damage before you leave the lot if you don't get full coverage. $20 Euro a day for full coverage. A rip off..10.0 Wonderful
