Great location. In the woods, but close to town.
Front desk was not helpful. It was hostile-tality, not hospitality! They really stick to the 4 PM check-in and are downright rude about it!!
I think the setting of this property was really great. It was conveniently located for entertainment and for restaurants, etc. It was nice and quiet. There were a lot of extras, but we were here too briefly to take advantage of all the place had to offer.
Room is excellent with lots of room. Updated bathroom. Lots of amenities (pool, gym, club house). Check-in staff friendly.
Check-in took 45 minutes. Approached 3 times to come to their time share meeting. General manager put-off when we declined the third time.
Staff was very accommodating and responsive. The property was also very clean
The follow up verifying we received the additional coffee.
If we did not get a follow up call to check out at 10:06! We were on our way out the door and I had a $20.00 tip in hand when we got the call. I left a tip for the house cleaner but not the front desk!
