Pros:Breakfast was expensive for cold scrambled eggs and some sausage.
Cons:Even though we called ahead to check our reservation, when we arrived the front desk said they overbooked and we would have to go to hotel next door.
Pros:Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful, really going out of their way to help this mom traveling solo with 2 young kids. Greatly appreciated!

Cons:Noise from other rooms.
Pros:The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. However, I asked for a quiet room. I was put away from elevators in the back of the building. I could hear noise from the power she'd housing the air conditioner.

Pros:The staff was courteous, and in general, helpful
Cons:I missplaced my drivers license, and even though i had paid online, the front staff desk manager would not allow me to check in. I offered my business cards, to show my photo and information on my company's website, but to no avail. I finally found my driver license, so was able to stay at the hotel, but i would otherwise would have gone through a lot of hassle to find another hotel. Also the pool closed at 9:30, just when i was ready to use it, nd didn't open again till 9:30am, too late for me to use it.
Pros:Clean, big room, checkin and checkout was easy.
Cons:A door separating the shower & toilet from the sink area did not close (we were there with kids). Parking was scarce.
Pros:Super friendly staff. Very clean. Very comfortable.
