Friendly, responsive staff. Comfy beds.
Heat was not reliable in the room. Had to have the facilities guy in twice. One time he spilled some glycol and it smelled really strongly for the next several hours.

Terrible stay. Don't trust the staff!
The morning hot food bar was the only good thing about my stay.
They didn't clean the room. They didn't listen to any of my requests. They didn't fill up the soap and lotion even though I asked many times. The room was not warm. Water was cold. The staff all were friends and wouldn't report each other to manager. Blood on the wall when I checked in and toilet and door knob didn't work. One of the worst stays I have had in Fairbanks and I travel there all the time. My pillow had a nasty stain on it and I asked for it to be changed and they didn't do it even though I was there for 5 days.
