I do not know who's fault it is but they called me the day after booking to tell me they did not have any cars. It sounds like this was kayaks fault but I do not know and it is not my problem. They do have other locations but they had not checked if any of the other ones had cars available for me. Had to pay surcharge prices from another place to get on the tripReviewed 6 Aug 2024
