Pros (+) Breakfast was good, bed is not comfortable, zing and the bathroom was not working fine carpeta is really old and gross.

Pros (+) We so enjoyed the shuttle service. We used it three different times and the driver was wonderful. He even gave us restaurant information and checked that one had gluten free items on it. I would stay again.

Pros (+) Close to Ft Bliss. Free breakfast was a plus, minus the powdered eggs.
Cons (-) Check in involved having to wait for someone, who may or may not be a customer, to finish socializing with the front desk help. Going to the 2nd story room involved taking a sketchy elevator which definitely needs upgrading in all areas: cosmetics, structural integrity, mechanics, etc. Entering the room involved having to turn my normal sized suitcase sideways, just to reach the bed.
