The hotel was in the perfect location. Everything you need or wanted to visit was nearby. Quiet rooms.
Our room was on the side of a night club so a bit noisy at midnight for a couple of hours. However this didn’t bother me but may bother other people.
The staff went above & beyond for this stay, it was booked for my partners birthday and we were surprised with decorations and even a chocolate cake, so very thoughtful of them! The location was brilliant right in the heart of Edinburghs Royal Mile. The bed was the comfiest bed ever with the most amazing pillows - we would love to know where to get these pillows we haven’t stopped talking about them since returning from this hotel stay.
Bed was good friendly service and staff location was great
No fridge, full bin of rubbish in the bathroom and human hair in the bath
Location is the best, breakfast is a very good selection, staff helpful.
Expensive hotel for standard of room , but average for location.
Location was excellent and room was lush
Waiting for a table at breakfast and the cooked breakfast options were all a bit soggy from the Bain Marie
