Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta/Duluth/Gwinnett8.2/10 ratingout of 31 reviews · $99 avg price/ night
The location is excellent for easy access to all the shopping and dining located off the Pleasant Hill Road area of Duluth/Norcross. The hotel is in decent shape, and the room was updated and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The best part of our stay was because of Eileen, who was on duty when we checked in. Orbitz dropped the ball on our lodging reservation, and Eileen went way beyond what I expected to help get the issue resolved. Superb customer service, which makes this property even more attractive.

PROS: Beds were comfortable.CONS: No free breakfast. Long lines for elevator. Only one entrance to the hotel. Staff was not friendly. Charged my card twice. Housekeeping didn’t come to re stock towels and toilet paper until you call and ask.
