The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
There was a noise that you could hear in our room that came on about every 20min which was annoying. It sounded like an a fan or an extractor.
The location and the room
The staff were not as friendly as we would have liked. They certainly weren’t rude, but didn’t provide any sort of wow factor
Excellent location. Staff very friendly & helpful.
The breakfast was a big let down. Sausages& bacon had very little flavor. Also, we would have liked a late drink, but residents bar closed at 1.30.
