We liked everything about the hotel, Especially the helpful staff. Thanks for putting the rugby on when we had breakfast, restaurant suggestions, travel requirements... The whole nine yards, as they say.
Was a little noisy at night, but hey!! We were prior warned, we wanted to stay in the middle of Dublin, Temple Bar is it... Staff put us in the quieter corner, and we had a giggle at the ear plugs supplied on bedside... Awesome.
First night we had a disabled room 8/10/2019 Our last night there was a lot of long brown hair blocking the vanity drain
The people at front desk were very helpful and hotel staff very professional. Best location!! Quiet but convenient to Temple Bar bars and restaurants!
No hot water in the morning (aprx 8:30a), was told issue on one side of the building and would move us to another room. However move was not offered to be done immediately so we were not able to take a shower before we went out, not a good situation after a full day of travel and attending an event with friends. New room was not available until after 2p (ish) and surprised to see no adjustment was made in our final bill.
Central position was great
