15 Euro Breakfast was great. reception staff was friendly. 15 minute walk to city center
Family room was a joke; tiny and unequipped for any sized family. Same size as any other room. View from most rooms is of the light rail line that runs directly next to the building. 'Turndown service' was a bottle of water and a chocolate; no room freshening or evening/bed prep. Parking ticket system was inconvenient but ok, smoked in room (which was remedied), shower not draining and room phone not working

Exellent Rooms. Love the lifts. Breakfast Super. Staff very helpful. Location next to trams brilliant. Nice touch with the wine and water in room and fruit next to lift.

My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour in the morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was not noisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet. We liked it a lot!
